- Beef brisket (chadolbagi) - 200 grams
- Cooked white rice - 300 grams
- Spinach - 100 grams
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Zucchini - 1 small, julienned
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Green onion - 1 stalk, chopped
Steps
- Prepare the beef by slicing the brisket into thin, bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper for at least 10 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the julienned carrot and zucchini to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the marinated beef and cook for about 3-5 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
- Add the spinach to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until wilted.
- To serve, place a generous portion of cooked rice in each bowl, top with the beef and vegetable mixture.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
