Ingredients

  • Beef brisket (chadolbagi) - 200 grams
  • Cooked white rice - 300 grams
  • Spinach - 100 grams
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Zucchini - 1 small, julienned
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onion - 1 stalk, chopped

Steps

  1. Prepare the beef by slicing the brisket into thin, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper for at least 10 minutes.
  3. While the beef is marinating, heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the julienned carrot and zucchini to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the marinated beef and cook for about 3-5 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
  6. Add the spinach to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  7. To serve, place a generous portion of cooked rice in each bowl, top with the beef and vegetable mixture.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
