- Pak choi (or bok choy) - 100 grams
- Carrot (julienned) - 1 medium (approx. 70 grams)
- Cucumber (julienned) - 1 medium (approx. 100 grams)
- Soy sauce - 30 ml
- Sesame oil - 10 ml
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large leaves
Steps
- Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly sauté the sliced beef brisket for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat.
- In the same pan, quickly sauté the pak choi until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Arrange the beef, sautéed pak choi, julienned carrot, and cucumber on a serving platter.
- To serve, take a lettuce leaf, add a few slices of beef, some vegetables, and a drizzle of the dipping sauce. Wrap it up and enjoy!
