Ingredients

  • Beef brisket (thinly sliced) - 200 grams
  • Pak choi (or bok choy) - 100 grams
  • Carrot (julienned) - 1 medium (approx. 70 grams)
  • Cucumber (julienned) - 1 medium (approx. 100 grams)
  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Sesame oil - 10 ml
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large leaves

Steps

  1. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly sauté the sliced beef brisket for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat.
  3. In the same pan, quickly sauté the pak choi until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Arrange the beef, sautéed pak choi, julienned carrot, and cucumber on a serving platter.
  5. To serve, take a lettuce leaf, add a few slices of beef, some vegetables, and a drizzle of the dipping sauce. Wrap it up and enjoy!
