Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Soy sauce (Kosher) - 2 tablespoons
  • Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onion, finely chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Slider buns (Kosher) - 2 pieces
  • Sliced cucumber - 4 slices
  • Sliced radish - 4 slices
  • Kimchi - 50 grams (optional)
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onion, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully integrated.
  2. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  4. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns in a separate pan or in the oven until golden brown.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a bulgogi patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with cucumber slices, radish slices, and kimchi if using. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of the buns and place it on top.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious bulgogi sliders!
