- 300g beef sirloin - thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger - grated
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 tablespoon honey - optional
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cucumber - julienned
- 1 cup carrot - julienned
- 1/2 red bell pepper - sliced
- 2 green onions - chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the coconut aminos, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and honey (if using). Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, prepare the salad by mixing the salad greens, cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
- Once the beef is cooked, remove it from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
- Top the prepared salad with the cooked bulgogi beef, drizzle with the dressing, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately.
