- Beef flank steak - 250 grams, thinly sliced

- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) - 100 grams
- Flour tortillas - 2 large
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, mixing well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the cooking oil and sauté the marinated beef for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper and chopped green onions, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are tender.
- On a large flour tortilla, spread half of the cooked bulgogi mixture, then sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.
- Fold the tortilla in half to create a quesadilla, pressing down gently.
- Repeat the process with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
- Place the quesadillas on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, slice into wedges, and serve hot.
