Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped green onions to create the bulgogi marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza base.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the marinated beef for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.
