Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Brown sugar - 15 grams
  • Sesame oil - 10 ml
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 10 grams, minced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Pizza dough - 1 ball (about 250 grams)
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped green onions to create the bulgogi marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza base.
  7. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the marinated beef for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.
  8. Distribute the cooked bulgogi over the cheese on the pizza base.
  9. Top with sliced red bell pepper and mushrooms, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  11. Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions if desired. Slice and serve hot.
