- Spaghetti - 200 grams
- Halal beef sirloin, thinly sliced - 200 grams

- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
- Carrot, julienned - 1 medium
- Bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

- Water - 2 liters
Steps
- Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt to the boiling water, then cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create the marinade for the beef.
- Add the thinly sliced Halal beef sirloin to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper to the skillet, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
