Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 200 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green onion. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated beef. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper until well combined.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs, tilting the pan to spread them evenly.
  5. Allow the eggs to cook for about 3-4 minutes until the edges start to set. Add the cooked bulgogi beef on one half of the omelette.
  6. Gently fold the omelette over the beef and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the inside is set but still moist.
  7. Slide the omelette onto a plate, garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired, and serve hot.
