- Corn tortilla chips - 150 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams

- Kimchi, chopped - 50 grams

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- While the beef is marinating, preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Spread the corn tortilla chips evenly on a baking tray.
- Once the beef is marinated, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and evenly distribute it over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the beef and chips.
- Bake the nachos in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with chopped kimchi and sliced green onions.
