- lettuce leaves (butter or romaine) - 6 large leaves
- carrot - 1 small, julienned
- cucumber - 1 small, julienned
- sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar substitute, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onion, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the beef is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
