- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Lettuce leaves (Butter or Romaine) - 8 leaves
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, toasted
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar substitute, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until the beef is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions and julienned carrots.
