  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger - grated
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions - chopped
  • 1 small carrot - julienned
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms - sliced
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, gochujang, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
