- 1 teaspoon ginger - grated
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 green onions - chopped
- 1 small carrot - julienned
- 100g shiitake mushrooms - sliced
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, gochujang, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the shiitake mushrooms and carrots to the skillet, stirring occasionally, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir in chopped green onions.
- Serve the beef mixture over a bed of cooked jasmine rice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
