- Cooked jasmine rice - 1 cup (200 grams)
- Egg - 1 large
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a baking dish, spread the cooked jasmine rice evenly at the bottom.
- Layer the marinated beef over the rice, followed by the julienned carrot and chopped green onion.
- Crack the egg over the top, allowing it to spread slightly over the beef and vegetables.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and season with a pinch of salt if desired.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the top is slightly golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
