- Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced

- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Eggs - 2
- Cooked brown rice - 200 grams
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper, stirring for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preferred doneness.
- To serve, place cooked brown rice in a bowl, top with the beef and vegetable mixture, and a fried egg. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
