  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 100g, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 small, sliced
  • Spinach - 50g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the sliced halal beef brisket and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
