- Napa cabbage - 300 grams

- Water - 100 milliliters
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped

Steps
- Wash the Napa cabbage thoroughly and cut it into quarters, then chop each quarter into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the chopped Napa cabbage to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic and ginger.
- Pour in the soy sauce and water, then sprinkle the red pepper flakes over the cabbage.
- Cover the skillet and let the cabbage braise for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it becomes tender.
- Once the cabbage is cooked, taste and add salt if needed. Stir in the chopped green onions.
