Ingredients
- Firm tofu - 200 grams
- Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
- Zucchini - 50 grams, julienned
- Bell pepper (any color) - 50 grams, sliced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sesame seeds - for garnish
Steps
- Press the firm tofu to remove excess water for about 10 minutes, then cut it into 1.5 cm cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the cubed tofu. Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and continue to stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrot, zucchini, and sliced bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sprinkle the gochugaru. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add chopped green onions, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Remove from heat, transfer to a serving plate, and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
