  • Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
  • Zucchini - 50 grams, julienned
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 50 grams, sliced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - for garnish

Steps

  1. Press the firm tofu to remove excess water for about 10 minutes, then cut it into 1.5 cm cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the cubed tofu. Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and continue to stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the julienned carrot, zucchini, and sliced bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sprinkle the gochugaru. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Add chopped green onions, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
  7. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving plate, and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
