Ingredients

  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground chicken to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
