Ingredients

  • Firm tofu - 300 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Carrot, julienned - 50 grams
  • Zucchini, julienned - 50 grams
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper, and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss everything gently to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
