- Firm tofu - 300 grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

- Carrot, julienned - 50 grams
- Zucchini, julienned - 50 grams
- Bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper, and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss everything gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
