- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, toasted

Steps
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrots and zucchini to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and mushrooms, continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until wilted.
- Add the soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper to taste, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and serve warm.
