Steps

  1. Begin by preparing the shaved ice. If you don’t have a machine, freeze water in a shallow dish until solid, then scrape it with a fork to create ice flakes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with almond milk and honey until smooth and creamy.
  3. Layer the shaved ice into two serving bowls or cups.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture over the shaved ice evenly across both servings.
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds, mixed berries, sliced almonds, and dark chocolate shavings on top of the yogurt-covered ice.
