- Kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
- Spinach - 100 grams
- Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
- Zucchini - 50 grams, julienned
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 50 grams, sliced
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Gochujang - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Eggs - 2 (optional topping)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch circle and place it on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the gochujang, sesame oil, and soy sauce to create a spicy sauce.
- Spread the spicy sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
- Layer the kimchi, spinach, carrot, zucchini, mushrooms, and red bell pepper on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the vegetables.
- If using, make small wells in the toppings and crack an egg into each well.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion before serving.
