- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Green onion - 1 stalk, chopped
Steps
- Wash the cucumber and radish thoroughly. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and the radish into matchstick pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the cucumber and radish with 1 teaspoon of salt. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to release excess water.
- In another bowl, mix together sesame oil, rice vinegar, gochugaru, minced garlic, and sugar to create the dressing.
- After the vegetables have released water, rinse them under cold water and drain well. Add the vegetables to the dressing and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onion over the top. Serve immediately or let it marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes for enhanced flavor.
