Steps
- Soak the dried seaweed in cold water for about 10 minutes until it rehydrates and expands.
- Drain the seaweed and gently squeeze out excess water, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the chopped seaweed, sliced cucumber, and julienned carrot to the bowl. Toss well to coat all ingredients in the dressing.
