  • Kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
  • Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs - 2, beaten
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to fit your pizza pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with sesame oil, soy sauce, and gochujang until well combined.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  5. Evenly distribute the chopped kimchi and sliced green onions on top of the chicken.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs over the toppings, ensuring even coverage.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
