- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Rinse the mung bean sprouts under cold water and drain well.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the mung bean sprouts. Blanch for 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still crunchy.
- Drain the blanched bean sprouts and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Squeeze out any excess water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, gochugaru, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the drained mung bean sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
