  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Green onions - 2, chopped

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, and spinach; cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
