- Cheddar cheese - 100g, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 30g, grated
- Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and slice the zucchini into 1/2 cm thick rounds.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Add the zucchini slices and toss until well coated.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
