Ingredients

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes under running water to remove any dirt.
  3. Pat the sweet potatoes dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Pierce each sweet potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during baking.
