- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (10g)
- Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons (10g)
- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 teaspoon (5g)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- Pat the sweet potatoes dry with a towel, then pierce them several times with a fork.
- Rub the sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle them with sea salt.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until tender and easily pierced with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
