- Shredded carrots - 50 grams
- Cooked shrimp - 100 grams, chopped
- Cream cheese - 50 grams, softened
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped

- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, shredded carrots, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Lay a nori sheet on a flat surface, shiny side down. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture near the edge of the nori closest to you.
- Roll the nori tightly over the filling, tucking in the sides as you roll to create a sealed roll. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and filling.
- Place the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the nori is crisp and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
