Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Milk - 150 ml

  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Carrot - 50 grams, grated
  • Zucchini - 50 grams, grated
  • Shrimp - 100 grams, peeled and chopped
  • Squid - 100 grams, cleaned and chopped
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking oil - for greasing the baking dish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper to create a smooth batter.
  3. Stir in the chopped green onions, grated carrot, grated zucchini, shrimp, squid, fish sauce, and sesame oil until well mixed.
