Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 100 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Squid - 100 grams, cleaned and sliced
  • Scallops - 100 grams, cleaned
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon for greasing

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and water until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
