Ingredients

  • Honey - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced daikon radish, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Toss well to coat the radishes evenly.
  3. Spread the seasoned radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the radishes are tender and slightly caramelized.
