Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced daikon radish, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Toss well to coat the radishes evenly.
- Spread the seasoned radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
