- Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 20 minutes at room temperature, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish, pouring any remaining marinade over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
