- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Water - 200 ml
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, gochugaru, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the fish fillet to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated, and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced zucchini, carrot, onion, and mushrooms evenly.
- Place the marinated fish fillet on top of the vegetables and pour the remaining marinade over it.
- Add water to the baking dish to help steam the vegetables and fish during baking.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to retain moisture and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the fish to brown slightly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
