Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams, cut into florets
  • Kimchi - 150 grams, chopped
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams, softened
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss until well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly golden.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped kimchi, cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. After 20 minutes, remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then, add the kimchi mixture to the baked cauliflower, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Top the mixture with the remaining cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
  7. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
