- Cauliflower - 300 grams, cut into florets

- Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Cream cheese - 50 grams, softened
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly golden.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped kimchi, cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- After 20 minutes, remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then, add the kimchi mixture to the baked cauliflower, stirring gently to combine.
- Top the mixture with the remaining cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
