- Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
- Coconut aminos - 4 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Honey - 1 tablespoon (optional for sweetness)
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Zucchini - 1 medium, julienned
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine the coconut aminos, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and honey (if using).
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and ensure all pieces are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the beef marinates, prepare the vegetables: julienne the carrot and zucchini, and slice the red bell pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread the marinated beef evenly across the bottom. Layer the julienned carrot, zucchini, and sliced red bell pepper over the beef.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
