- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and half of the chopped green onions to create the marinade.
