Ingredients

  • Zuwai Gani (snow crab legs) - 500 grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Mirin - 1 tablespoon
  • Dashi stock - 100 ml
  • Chives - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Wasabi - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt.
  2. Add the snow crab legs to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes until heated through.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, mirin, and dashi stock. Heat gently over low heat until warmed, then remove from heat.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice with wasabi to create a dipping sauce.
  5. Once the crab legs are cooked, carefully remove them from the pot and let them cool for a few minutes.
  6. Serve the crab legs warm with the soy dipping sauce and lemon wasabi mixture on the side, garnished with chopped chives.
