- Dashi stock - 100 ml
- Chives - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Wasabi - to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt.
- Add the snow crab legs to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes until heated through.
- In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, mirin, and dashi stock. Heat gently over low heat until warmed, then remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice with wasabi to create a dipping sauce.
- Once the crab legs are cooked, carefully remove them from the pot and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve the crab legs warm with the soy dipping sauce and lemon wasabi mixture on the side, garnished with chopped chives.
