  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes - optional, to taste

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create zucchini noodles.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste and water to create a smooth sauce.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced red bell pepper and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
