Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create zucchini noodles.
- In a small bowl, mix the miso paste and water to create a smooth sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
