  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, marinate the tofu cubes with soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. While the tofu is marinating, slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
