- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Sliced cucumber - 1/2 cup
- Wasabi mayo - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Preheat your grill or frying pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine the fresh salmon, yuzu juice, yuzu zest, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal patties.
