Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams

  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the yuzu juice, olive oil, and minced garlic to create a yuzu dressing.
  4. Spread the yuzu dressing evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  5. Layer the cherry tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms evenly over the pizza.
