Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 2 equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the burger patties to the skillet.
