Ingredients
- Yuba (tofu skin) - 100 grams
- Firm tofu - 150 grams, crumbled
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tamari sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet, followed by tamari sauce, nutritional yeast, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tofu is heated through and slightly golden.
- While the tofu is cooking, prepare the yuba crust. Lay the yuba sheets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, overlapping them slightly to form a round shape.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the yuba and lightly season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the edges are crispy.
- Remove the yuba crust from the oven and spread the tofu mixture evenly on top.
- Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach over the tofu, then return the pizza to the oven. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Once done, remove from oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
