- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, gently add the yuba (tofu skin) and cook for 3-5 minutes until softened.
- Remove the yuba from the water and drain it well. Allow it to cool slightly before handling.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce (or coconut aminos), sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the dressing.
- Cut the softened yuba into bite-sized pieces and place them in a serving bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the yuba and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top before serving.
