  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Mirin - 15 ml
  • Sesame oil - 10 ml
  • Salt - 1 gram
  • Black pepper - 1 gram
  • Skewers - 4 pieces

Steps

  1. Soak the skewers in water for at least 10 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
  2. Wash and cut the zucchini, red bell pepper, and eggplant into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and keep the caps whole.
  4. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
