  • Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into small florets
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Miso paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and zucchini to the pan, stirring frequently for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste, mixing well until all the vegetables are coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
  6. Spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over the prepared pizza dough.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables, followed by the chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
