Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and zucchini to the pan, stirring frequently for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste, mixing well until all the vegetables are coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
- Spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over the prepared pizza dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables, followed by the chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
