- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut the beef and chicken into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, mixing well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
